Job Title: Director – Analytics

Department: ESI (Employer Services International) Business Analytics

Reporting to: Senior Director Business Excellence


Role Summary:

The Analytics Director will lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions that drive business insights and operational excellence within ESI. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable intelligence to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. The Analytics Director will collaborate closely with business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams to build scalable analytics capabilities and foster a data-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of analytics frameworks and methodologies to support business objectives.
  • Manage analytics projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics opportunities and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Oversee data collection, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop predictive models, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights on performance, risk, and growth opportunities.
  • Promote best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Mentor and develop analytics team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
