Data Analytics Manager

We're looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead the Operations Data team.

At papernest, data and business are fully connected. The team is involved in various projects such as financial projections, prediction algorithms, prospect segmentation, customer behavior analysis, etc.

You'll be working in the data department, leading the data operations team. You'll work closely with the Operations team. As the point of contact, your role would be to manage all the data projects related to your stakeholders. You'll report to the Head of Data, with constant interactions with members of the comex.

• Operations Analytics: You'll provide data and analysis to improve the efficiency and profitability of the Operations team, which involves more than 900 people

• Business Strategy: You'll lead strategic analysis, informing top management and contributing to the long-term orientation of the Operations team.

• Analytics Engineering: Ensure data reliability and consistency of the data. You're responsible for the transformation, aggregation, and exposure of the data though tables, dashboards, and sheets. This includes maintaining and elaborating dashboards to make data accessible to the Operations team and implementing alerting systems to spot potential problems and anticipate market changes.

• Management: You'll lead and structure your team, including recruiting new members. You will be responsible for defining the data roadmap and managing complex projects with numerous stakeholders (C-level, other Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Owners, Sales representatives, etc.).
  

• Volume Forecasting

• Staffing and planning optimization

• Automate the calculation of incentives for the commercial team.

• Define the data roadmap.

• Prospect segmentation

• Improve conversion rate, using GenAI speech and sales analytics.

• Refactoring of dashboards and of the data pipeline.

• Conduct in-depth analysis on cross-functional topics between Operations, Marketing and strategy

• 5+ years of experience in a demanding environment combining business and data.

• Previous Stakeholder Management Experience, in Data or Consulting related work.

• Previous Management Experience of a mid-size team.

• Ability to adapt complex data analytics to a diverse audience.

• Prioritization skills in an ever-changing environment.

• Analytical mind, with strong SQL knowledge.

• Strong data visualization skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
