The Role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Account Manager Migrations (all genders) with native German language level, to drive customer strategy and implement growth plans for Lucanet Spain. You will specialize in guiding customers through technical migrations, transitioning their data and systems from on-premise installations to Lucanet's cloud platform. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Role remote in all Spain or with option to be hybrid in Madrid.

What you'll do

  • Lead commercial discussions with customers regarding their migration from on-premise systems to Lucanet's cloud infrastructure.
  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, including answering questions about invoices, price adjustments, license extensions, and cloud migration.
  • Actively approach existing customers to migrate to our new price model.
  • Support the Account Manager - Cross Sell in closing new deals by tracking open opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate information.

What you bring to the table

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience in account management.
  • High level of software affinity and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Native-level German and business fluent English language skills.
