About the Project
Join our Engineering team, where we drive efficiency and clarity into
Product Operations
processes. Together, we will enhance the capability of one of our newest tool,
Octopus
, a system for automatically generating Release Notes. This process enhancement ensures wider deployment and seamless adoption across various teams. To power this automation, we are actively integrating
Large Language Models (LLMs)
for generating rich content, alongside
API integrations
with platforms like Notion and Azure DevOps. Your work will be central to building these AI-enhanced, end-to-end flows.

About The Mission
Your mission will be pivotal in expanding the reach of our Octopus tool. You will collaborate with
technical
and
non-technical teams
to streamline release processes, improve user experience, and maintain consistent release documentation standards throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
:

Support Expansion Initiatives
: Facilitate the expansion of
Octopus
to new teams, customizing workflows to suit specific teams needs

Technical Integration and Optimization:
Improve the use of
Octopus
by integrating it with Notion and Azure DevOps APIs to automate data retrieval and streamline release notes workflows. Enhance communication through Slack bot updates and refine AI prompts to ensure clear and impactful automated documentation for users

Feedback Integration for Feature Expansion:
Gather and analyze user feedback to propose and implement useful extensions to
Octopus 's
current features

Documentation and Training:
Develop and refine documentation, conduct workshops and create training materials to facilitate smooth adoption and operation of the
Octopus
tool

What You Bring
:

• Strong interest in using AI tools (LLM, MCP…) and Product Operations
• Basic programming experience using Typescript and RESTful API integration, to effectively contribute to technical projects and tool enhancements.
• Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity
• Comfort with AI-driven solutions and eagerness to learn and leverage AI technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications
:

• Programming Skills: Experience with scripting language, Typescript
• API Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration processes.
• Tools and Platforms: Experience or familiarity with Notion, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Slack integration tools
• AI and Automation: Understanding of AI technologies and experience with automation tools in a technical setting
• Experience with task management and workflow automations
• Fluent English (written & spoken) is required
• French, Catalan, or Spanish considered a strong plus
