Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.
About You:
- You have a background in engineering or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- You have experience in strategic or business consulting; we especially value candidates who have worked on optimizing processes or business models.
- Exposure to or interest in Sales Enablement, is desirable.
- You are analytical, with proven skills in data analysis and using tools to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights.
- You have experience in workflow or process optimization and are comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative environments.
- You communicate clearly and have a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the Market Strategy team to design and implement Sales Enablement initiatives that improve commercial performance.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.
- Serve as a link between Sales and other departments to ensure tools and processes are effective and well adopted.
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of training materials and resources for the commercial team.
- Support internal consulting projects by applying a data-driven and strategic approach to solve complex business challenges.
