About this role:We're on the lookout for a driven and strategic Account Manager to join the JET Go Team in Spain, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of on-demand delivery services. Sitting within our Strategic Accounts Team, this position is focused on building and nurturing partnerships with brands using our Delivery-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution. You'll be central to onboarding new partners, optimizing operations, and enabling business growth — all while positioning JET Go as the leading DaaS platform in Spain.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:- Managing relationships with key brand partners using JET's DaaS solution, ensuring long-term satisfaction and performance.
- Onboarding new partners by identifying, evaluating, and integrating brands that align with JET Go's strategic growth goals.
- Collaborating with partners to develop and implement efficient operating procedures tailored to their business needs.
- Acting as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and uncovering opportunities to drive partner growth and expansion.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams — including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support — to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Monitoring partner performance through data analysis and applying insights to improve operations and results continuously.
- A customer-obsessed mindset, always striving to exceed partner expectations and build meaningful relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Analytical strength with the ability to extract insights from data and use them to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
