Descripción

El equipo de Capital Markets se encarga de asesorar a los clientes para que logren la máxima rentabilidad en sus inversiones inmobiliarias en todos los ámbitos: suelo, oficinas, hoteles, residencial, industrial, retail… así como de la innovación para la generación de valor en compraventa de inmuebles, así como en deuda y financiación.

El puesto de analista de Real Estate da apoyo en el análisis de datos financieros y preparación de informes y de presentaciones, referentes a la actividad desarrollada en el departamento de Real Estate .

Las principales funciones son

-Análisis, seguimiento y control de los distintos activos inmobiliarios.
-Análisis del Business Plan de cada cartera y elaboración cash flow.
-Elaboración de informes y presentaciones mensuales de los estados de cada cartera.
-Actas fijación: cálculo cuotas préstamos, certificados de saldo.
-Comprobación y cálculo scorecard mensual para fijar incentivos.



Perfil

Perfil (Requisitos)

-Experiencia de al menos 3 años en la elaboración de Business Plan.

-Sólidos conocimientos financieros: elaboración de cashflows, análisis de BP, proyecciones...

-Buen nivel de Excel y de Powerpoint.

-Gran capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.

-Buena capacidad analítica.

-Al menos nivel B2 de inglés.
