Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar apoyo al Departamento de IT en la gestión, mantenimiento y optimización de los sistemas tecnológicos del hotel, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las infraestructuras informáticas, redes y software operativo. El practicante adquirirá experiencia directa en la gestión tecnológica de un hotel 5 estrellas superior, aprendiendo sobre sistemas aplicados al sector hospitality.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

1. Soporte Técnico y Atención Interna

Brindar soporte de primer nivel a los empleados del hotel en incidencias informáticas (hardware, software, red).

Asistir en la instalación, configuración y actualización de equipos y programas.

Colaborar en la gestión de tickets y seguimiento de incidencias.

2. Mantenimiento de Equipos y Redes

Apoyar en la revisión y mantenimiento de equipos informáticos, impresoras y dispositivos móviles.

Colaborar en el control del cableado, routers, puntos de acceso y red interna.

Ayudar en la supervisión de la conectividad Wi-Fi y en la resolución de problemas de red.

3. Gestión de Sistemas y Software Hotelero

Aprender sobre el funcionamiento de los sistemas de gestión del hotel (PMS, POS, ERP, CRM).

Colaborar en la integración de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas o actualizaciones de software.

Apoyar en el mantenimiento de la base de datos de usuarios y accesos.

4. Seguridad y Protección de Datos

Participar en la aplicación de políticas de ciberseguridad y protección de la información.

Apoyar en el control de copias de seguridad y actualización de antivirus.

Colaborar en la formación interna sobre buenas prácticas de seguridad informática.

5. Innovación y Mejora Tecnológica

Investigar nuevas soluciones digitales aplicables al sector hotelero.

Apoyar en proyectos tecnológicos (digitalización, automatización, sostenibilidad).

Elaborar reportes y documentación técnica de las actividades del departamento.

Perfil Requerido

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

Conocimientos básicos de hardware, software, redes y sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux).

Interés por la tecnología aplicada a la hotelería y la experiencia del cliente.

Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Se valorará conocimiento en sistemas PMS hoteleros

Nivel medio-alto de inglés 

Competencias Personales:

Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

Responsabilidad y discreción en el manejo de información.

Trabajo en equipo y actitud colaborativa.

Proactividad, curiosidad tecnológica y ganas de aprender.
