THE ROLE
The
Visual & Brand Designer – F&B
will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and producing all visual and brand assets related to Food & Beverage operations at Santiago Bernabéu and other Legends Iberia projects. This role covers the full creative cycle (conceptualization, design, production, and implementation), ensuring brand consistency, quality, and alignment with the global Legends and Real Madrid experience.

We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and organized individual, capable of generating innovative ideas and working under pressure in dynamic environments. The candidate must be proactive, proficient in design tools, and have excellent attention to detail.

Essential Functions
Design & Creativity:

• Create visual content for screens, menus, signage, packaging, and physical brand elements.
• Design digital and print materials: websites, social media, emails, invitations, logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, and other special projects.
• Develop visual concepts for F&B activations, VIP experiences, and MICE events, adapting materials to specific requirements.
• Capture and edit photography and video of events and products.
• Collaborate in creating pitch decks, proposals, and sales content.
• Production of client reports and presentations.

Production Management

• Coordinate production orders: material selection, final artwork preparation, cost estimation, supplier coordination, and timeline control.
• Supervise colour proofs, finishes, and final quality, including installation and delivery.
• Ensure proper application of Legends, Real Madrid, and Bernabéu brand identities across all materials.
• Management of photography and videography to support creative executions.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with creative teams, marketing, and international leadership to maintain brand standards and contribute ideas.
• Support the development of marketing strategies for F&B initiatives.

Qualifications
Essential:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience in digital and print design, branding, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High level of English and Spanish.

Preferred

• Degree in Graphic Design.
• Experience in video editing and 3D animation.
