At Winning Consulting, we are on the lookout for a
Functional Analyst – Cash Management
to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector, based in our Madrid office. (Hybrid).
Responsibility
- Translate complex operational and technical workflows into clear, concise, and well-structured documents
- Review, update, and maintain implementation and user documentation for backend cash management processes
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to gather accurate information and ensure documentation reflects current system functionality
- Ensure all documentation meets internal quality standards and is accessible for operational and technical stakeholders
- Support knowledge sharing by creating or updating user guides, process descriptions, and reference materials
Requirements
- Experience producing high-quality user manuals or technical documentation
- Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of cash management products such as account statements and payment methods
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data handling and presentation
- Understanding of payment and statement formats: SWIFT MT101 and XML (intermediate level)
- Familiarity with bank statement formats such as MT940/MT942, BAI2, and CAMT.053/052
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
- (Nice to have) Awareness of electronic banking platforms and their operational workflows
