Como Operation Executive, te incorporarás a nuestro equipo de Infraestructura, participando en proyectos con tecnología punta y de alto impacto. Trabajarás con equipos multidisciplinares en entornos de formación continua.

¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Ofrecer una visión integral y estratégica de las operaciones, impulsando la gestión del negocio y la toma de decisiones.
  • Analizar y optimizar procesos internos y flujos de trabajo, proponiendo mejoras que incrementen la eficiencia y garanticen la calidad operativa.
  • Supervisar la planificación y seguimiento de tareas y proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos establecidos.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos técnicos y las partes interesadas para garantizar la alineación del proyecto.
  • Participar en la definición y actualización de procedimientos internos, asegurando su estandarización y fiabilidad.
¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?
  • Capacidad para gestionar y optimizar procesos operativos en entornos dinámicos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y coordinación transversal.
  • Orientación a resultados y proactividad, con capacidad para resolver incidencias y proponer mejoras.
  • Gestión de documentación y procesos (SOPs, manuales internos, checklists.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel.
  • Inglés Intermedio (B2) y Catalán Nativo/C1.
