About the job:

En esta oportunidad, estamos en la búsqueda de un/a VP Operations para el Broker Dealer de BBVA Argentina, quien será responsable de controlar el cumplimiento diario de los procedimientos del área, interactuando de manera continua con el equipo a cargo, identificando puntos críticos del negocio, anticipando cambios o ajustes en los procesos y asegurando la implementación de medidas que mitiguen los riesgos operacionales.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y coordinar el equipo a cargo, definiendo esquemas de reemplazo, prioridades y temas clave vinculados al proceso de settlement.

  • Supervisar los procesos operativos y de control, incluyendo settlement (BYMA, MAE, MAV, EOC, DTC, ROFEX), posiciones de clientes y cartera propia, garantías y procesos transaccionales.

  • Diseñar y monitorear cash flows monetarios y de títulos, así como los precios de valuación de instrumentos financieros.

  • Impulsar la mejora continua de procesos, promoviendo la innovación tecnológica y la eficiencia operativa.

  • Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con los Mercados, partners y las distintas áreas internas del negocio.

Requisitos:

  • Graduado de carreras de: Administración, Contabilidad, Economía o afines.

  • Experiencia en Alycs, Sociedades Gerentes o Depositarias mayor a 7 años.

  • Experiencia liderando un equipo directo

  • Experiencia en los sistemas utilizados por los Mercados para el PRE y POST TRADE.

  • Capacidad para entablar relaciones interpersonales con distintas áreas de la organización. 

  • Idioma inglés (Deseable)
