En dependencia directa de la HR Manager sus principales funciones serán:

  • Calcular variables de nómina, informar al proveedor externo de nómina de todos los cambios mensuales/anuales, revisar los cálculos, aprobarlos y gestionar los ficheros generados.
  • Gestionar y presentar los impuestos mensuales y anuales
  • Realizar las comunicaciones con la seguridad social.
  • Gestionar los procesos de selección: publicación de vacantees, criba curricular, junto con los responsables realizar las entrevistas y evaluación de candidatos.
  • Preparar toda la documentación necesaria para la incorporación y desvinculación de las personas trabajadoras y gestionar su envío a los organismos competentes.
  • Gestionar al personal externo (ETT), control de horas y su documentación.
  • Controlar el absentismo y las vacaciones, elaborando el calendario laboral anual.
  • Organizar y administrar cursos de formación externos e internos, incluyendo la gestión de subvenciones.
  • Gestionar las prestaciones sociales de la empresa como plan de pensiones, seguro médico, cantina, ticket restaurant, etc.
  • Comunicar alta, bajas, cambios organizativos y actualizar organigramas.
  • Responder las consultas laborales de las personas trabajadoras.
  • Preparar reports mensuales y calcular provisiones contables de personal.
  • Contestar encuestas del ámbito laboral.
  • Preparar la documentación para la auditoria anual.
  • Apoyar y ayudar a la HR Manager en cuantas actividades sean necesarias del departamento, así como en la implementación de las políticas de HR en la compañía.

Se Requiere

  • Tener titulación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Derecho, ADE o similar
  • Deberá tener una experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones similares en entornos industriales.
  • Conocimientos altos de la legislación laboral española, de nómina, seguridad social e impuestos.
  • Dominio a nivel de usuario del paquete MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experiencia deseable en sistemas de RRHH como Workday, Sésame, etc.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (hablado y escrito).
  • Persona con excelentes habilidades organizativas, buena comunicación verbal y escrita, imprescindible discrepción y confidencialidad, organizada, metódica y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades de manera efectiva, orientada a las personas, acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo y a la resolución de problemas.
