Tu misión Ser el apoyo clave del HR Manager y del equipo de planta, asegurando que todos los procesos de RRHH funcionan con excelencia y acompañando a nuestros empleados en cada etapa de su ciclo de vida en Ontex. ¿Qué harás? Un rol completo, variado y estratégico: Operaciones y soporte HR Ejecutar y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y legislación laboral. Gestión de expedientes, movimientos de personal, control de ausencias y documentación. Gestión del proceso de onboarding y acogida. Talent, formación y cultura Soporte y gestión en procesos de selección, entrevistas y onboarding. Mantenimiento de la matriz de formación, coordinación de acciones formativas y seguimiento de necesidades. Apoyo en planes de talento, evaluación, desarrollo y sucesión. Employee Experience & Engagement Ser un referente cercano para empleados y managers. Detección de necesidades, escucha activa y apoyo en la resolución de situaciones complejas. Participación en encuestas de compromiso, eventos internos y acciones culturales. Proyectos estratégicos Participar en iniciativas de transformación organizativa. Implantación de políticas globales y nuevos procesos. Coordinación con HR global, HRBPs, COEs y equipos internacionales. Apoyo en auditoría internas ¿Qué buscamos? Formación en RRHH, ADE, Derecho o similar. 3–5 años de experiencia en un rol generalista en entornos industriales o internacionales. Conocimiento sólido de legislación laboral. Capacidad de organización, precisión y visión de proceso. Alto nivel de inglés. Perfil cercano, resolutivo, con iniciativa y mentalidad de mejora continua. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
