Collections Expert Unit
, Team of
COO Products Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is
to make the difference by being customers' partners in times of financial difficulties while protecting bank interest
and our way of working is
Agile.

Your key responsibilities:

As a
Collections Process expert,
you will:

Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality recovery collections service.

Lead and coordinate
i)
strategic projects to
enhance collections processes and tools
, ensuring alignment with business objectives
.
,
ii)
Drive the implementation of
digital and data-driven solutions to optimize collections performance and modernize collections processes
through digitalization and automation.
iii)
Provide data-driven insights to optimize recovery strategies and operational efficiency.

Proven experience (5+ years)
in process improvement or transformation projects in banking
or financial services, preferably in Collections. Deep understanding of Collection processes

Degree in
Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.

Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with BI tools and SAS is desirable.

High Level of English.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
