About the Role:

• Collaborate with the Market Strategy team to design and implement Sales Enablement initiatives that improve commercial performance.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.
• Serve as a link between Sales and other departments to ensure tools and processes are effective and well adopted.
• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of training materials and resources for the commercial team.
• Support internal consulting projects by applying a data-driven and strategic approach to solve complex business challenges.

About You:

• You have a background in engineering or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• You have experience in strategic or business consulting; we especially value candidates who have worked on optimizing processes or business models.
• Exposure to or interest in Sales Enablement, is desirable.
• You are analytical, with proven skills in data analysis and using tools to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights.
• You have experience in workflow or process optimization and are comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• You communicate clearly and have a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.
