Real Estate Investment Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst with a strong background in land development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support our investment strategies and land development projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Investment Management:

  • Identify viable investment opportunities and assess their potential returns.
  • Analyze financial data, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and risk assessments for potential real estate investments.
  • Develop financial models and investment scenarios to evaluate performance and risks.
  • Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
  • Collaborate with other teams to structure financial transactions and conduct negotiations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate investment and land development.

Strategic Development:

  • Contribute to the development of the overall investment and asset management strategy.
  • Research and evaluate real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory and market changes that may affect investments and asset management.

Investor Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular updates and reports on portfolio performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with investors and effectively respond to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Support fundraising efforts for both equity and financing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, with a focus on land development preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate and investment market, including market trends and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, RICS) are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental issues related to land development is a plus.
