Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development and a keen interest in learning and growing within the field. You will work closely with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications that support our clients' digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications and systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to solution design.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Git, Agile).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to communicate and write effectively in English.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
