Senior Software Developer

TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 900 colleagues working in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.

We're looking for a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) to take leading role together with other Senior Developers in designing and developing high-quality, future-ready software solutions. You'll join an international TecRMI team spread across mainland Spain, Tenerife, and Germany, bringing your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide, support, and inspire your colleagues. • You will develop and design high-quality software according to the latest technical standards.
• With several years of experience in driving software development projects, you will be an asset to our team and bring social skills to manage, coordinate and support your colleagues.
• You will act as a technical lead in implementing sustainable, maintainable and quality-assured software solutions within our business unit.
• You will challenge the status quo at the right time and will actively contribute to the success of our business unit.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, including Serverless architectures (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React is a must.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with C#, the .NET ecosystem, and SOAP-based web services (beneficial knowledge).
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level); German language skills are a plus.

Remote hybrid: we work 80-100% remotely; however, we have regular on-site team events.
