Your mission
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated
Project Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully delivering
software projects
, meeting established scope, time, cost, and quality parameters (delivery). You will also serve as the link between the development team involved in the project and the business side (including Customer Success colleagues, as well as direct communication with clients and suppliers).

About The Role
Discovery
- Understand the business context, our products, and the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategy.
- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
- Foster close relationships with development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on priorities.
Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to successful deployment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, balancing strategic initiatives and operational needs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, defining clear action plans and resolving blockers.
- Maintain and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth communication and expectation management.
- Regularly engage with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and public administrations.
- Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, and KPIs, ensuring transparency across the organization.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to improve client engagement and operational workflows.
About You
Basic skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management or Product Owner in software development companies
- Work proficiency in English
- Experience in large-scale complex projects involving stakeholders from different companies, organizations, or public administrations.
- Strong technical foundations that enable you to have fluent conversations with developers about APIs, WebServices, Testing, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and project management.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- Previous experience as a developer or QA.
- Bachelor's or degree in Computer Science.
- Speaking Catalan is a plus.
- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy
- Ability to earn trust across different levels and multiple groups of a large organization
- Proven experience of hypothesizing, building lean validations, conducting A/B tests and defining metrics and control metrics
- Strong ability to empathize with customers, and understand the competitive landscape while innovating
