Reports to: Manager Project Delivery, IND, Europe
What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex industrial projects from start to finish. Your mission will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processes
- Coordinate on-site activities with customers and subcontractors
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks
- Ensure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standards
- Act as the main technical and customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Support proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessments
- Report on project financials and compile lessons learned
- Oversee logistics and workshop activities when needed
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company
- Fluent in English, Spanish and/ or Italian; other European languages are a plus
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systems
- Experience in contract management and cross-functional project coordination
- Familiarity with CRM, SAP PS/BW, MS Office, project management tools, and CAD
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness to travel as part of the role
