Laboratorios Dermatológicos de Uriage is currently looking for a
Training & Sell-Out Manager
to lead the training and commercial activation strategy for its two brands,
Apivita and Uriage
.
Reporting to Brand's General Manager, this role will be responsible for designing and executing training programs and point-of-sale activation initiatives aimed at driving sell-out performance, increasing in-store recommendation, and strengthening brand positioning within the pharmacy and parapharmacy channel.
The Training & Sell-Out Manager will act as a key strategic link between marketing, sales, and point of sale, ensuring high product knowledge, an excellent brand experience, and a strong results-driven approach.
Key responsabilities:
- Design and implement the annual training and sell-out plan for both brands, aligned with marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
- Develop and deliver training content (in-person and digital), including product knowledge, active ingredients, protocols, brand storytelling, and recommendation techniques.
- Provide internal training (onboarding, product training, etc.) and external training sessions (key accounts, pharmacies, physicians, seminars, and events).
- Define and execute point-of-sale activation plans to increase sell-out.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on product launches, promotions, and special initiatives.
- Analyze sell-out results and propose improvement and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper execution of recommendation protocols and key sales arguments.
- Actively participate in brand events, launches, congresses, and special projects.
- Collect and share market, consumer, and point-of-sale insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor trends in the dermocosmetics and natural cosmetics market.
- Prepare regular activity and performance reports.
- Manage the Itinerant Beauty Advisors team (KPIs, planning, follow-up, and incentives).
Profile requirements:
- Degree-level education in Health Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmacy/parapharmacy channel.
- Solid understanding of skin and skincare.
- Advanced level of English.
- Availability to travel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and business-driven mindset.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
