serás el arquitecto técnico de su
intelligent HR platform
.

Tu enfoque principal será el desarrollo con
Python/Django
, diseñando arquitecturas escalables
AI-native
para orquestar flujos de trabajo complejos y autónomos de reclutamiento.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Sistemas backend robustos en
    Python/Django
    para
    AI-driven HR workflows
    , multi-agent orchestration y
    real-time conversational AI
    .
  • Diseñar e implementar
    agentic AI workflows
  • Construir y escalar componentes de
    conversational AI
  • Usar
    AI-assisted coding tools
  • Asegurar alta calidad de código, implementar monitoring y alerting
  • Colaborar directamente con los founders para alinear el desarrollo técnico con la visión de producto y los objetivos de negocio.

Requisitos:

  • Nivel experto en
    Python
    con experiencia en
    Django
    ,
    Django Channels
    ,
    FastAPI
    ,
    ASGI
    y
    async programming
    .
  • Fuertes skills en
    system design
    y capacidad para articular trade-offs técnicos.
  • Experiencia probada construyendo
    scalable backend systems
    capaces de manejar 100+ concurrent AI workflows con baja latencia.
  • Conocimiento de
    LLMs
    incluyendo
    prompt engineering, Llama, Mistral
    o
    OpenAI, Anthropic.
  • Experiencia en
    retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
    , vector databases e implementaciones de semantic search.
  • Familiaridad con
    AI agentic frameworks
    , multi-agent orchestration, planning y reasoning systems.
  • Experiencia práctica integrando
    STT
    ,
    TTS
    , telefonía (
    Twilio, IVR
    ) y voice activity detection en sistemas productivos.
  • Dominio de
    AI-assisted development tools
    y capacidad para entregar features
    full-stack
    (backend + frontend) de manera eficiente.
  • Buenas habilidades con
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    y
    React
  • Conocimiento de RabbitMQ/Redis y PostgreSQL, Redis.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español.

  • Experiencia con prácticas
    DevOps
