Your Impact

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll architect the systems powering our AI-driven platform, directly transforming how insurance professionals operate.

You will design, build, and refine AI agents that solve problems no one has tackled before, unlocking new possibilities for the future of agentic AI in insurance

. 

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture

: Design, build, and maintain
scalable backend systems

for AI agent orchestration and real-time data processing.
- Build AI agents:

Take full ownership in building new AI agents that take over backoffice work on behalf of the broker
- AI/ML Collaboration

: Partner with AI/ML teams to deploy models into production (e.g., customer insights, task automation).
- Performance Optimization

: Optimize APIs and microservices for speed, security, and simplicity (embracing our
Simplicity

- Problem-Solving

: Tackle complex challenges in data integration, workflow automation, and system reliability.
- Culture & Collaboration

: Champion

in code reviews and team discussions to elevate technical quality.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years building backend systems in
  NodeJS & Typescript

.
- Expertise in
cloud-native architectures

(AWS/Azure) & Docker.
- Strong experience with
RAG

creation & management,
context

engineering and
agentic memory creation
- Strong
RESTful API

design experience.
- Proficiency with
relational

(PostgreSQL) and distributed systems.
- Experience in Kubernetes & Infrastructure and
infrastructure-as-code

(Terraform) is a plus.
- Experience with
AI/ML pipelines

(model deployment, MLOps) is a
strong plus

.
- Familiarity building with LLMs / agentic workflows would be a plus.
