We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead Project Management commissions, taking full responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.

The role involves managing complex projects and acting as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are achieved and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is an ideal role for a quality driven professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Providing strategic advice at the project conception stage, to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives.  
• Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. 
• Collaborate with the overall cross-functional project team 
• Check contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policy. 
• Project planning, including advising the production of the detailed project plan. 
• Advise upon the procurement of resources –design and construction. 
• Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI's to improve project performance. 
• Set up and manage the change control process. 
• Monitor and advise upon project finances/budgets. 
• Assist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. 
• Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports. 
• Manage and monitor design team in accordance with commission scope. 
• Manage and monitor contractor in accordance with commission scope. 
• Develop appropriate contractor interface. 

• You have at least Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Energy engineering, civil engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant discipline.  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and supply chain, with the ability to work both collaboratively. 
• Experience in Sustainability Construction Projects or Net Zero  programs. 
• Experience working on real estate in industrial, logistics, pharma, or other type of similar construction projects. 
• Strong stakeholder management and team-work skills. 
• Good written and reporting skills. 
• Fluent English and Spanish.
