Nuestro cliente es una empresa de tamaño mediano que opera en el sector inmobiliario y está dedicada a la gestión y promoción de propiedades.
Descripción de la oferta
- Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de las propiedades asignadas.
- Gestionar contratos de arrendamiento y negociaciones con inquilinos.
- Asegurar el mantenimiento y la conservación de las propiedades.
- Supervisar presupuestos y controlar los gastos operativos.
- Colaborar con el equipo de construcción y mantenimiento para garantizar la calidad del servicio.
- Resolver incidencias y problemas relacionados con las propiedades de manera eficiente.
- Elaborar informes periódicos sobre la gestión y el rendimiento de las propiedades.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y de seguridad aplicables.
Perfil del candidato
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Titulación en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar.
- Conocimientos sólidos sobre el sector inmobiliario y gestión de propiedades.
- Capacidad para coordinar equipos y gestionar proyectos.
- Habilidad para negociar y resolver conflictos de manera eficaz.
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas relacionadas con la gestión inmobiliaria.
- Nivel alto de inglés valorado positivamente.
