We are currently looking for a skilled Logistics Development Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.
About the RoleThe role involves multiple projects across the full lifetime of a property, starting at identification and acquisition of strategically located properties and landbanks. You will have the opportunity to combine your technical and commercial expertise in a flexible role depending on your interest, background, and business needs.
- Sourcing potential sites for acquisition and development
- Acting as a first contact with landlords and brokers, including feasibility study and offer submission;
- Acquisition process, conducting due diligence and negotiating purchase agreements;
- Product definition and design supporting building design process ensuring maximal value creation based site market specifics
- Liaise local regional authorities related representatives providing guidance town planning permitting environmental remediation topics;
- Maintaining exceptional service standards collaborating internal external stakeholders ensure seamless delivery projects
