Now, as we expand strongly into the US market, we're looking for an International Sales Advisor with energy, ambition, and a natural talent for connecting with people — someone who wants to help future tattoo artists take the first step toward changing their lives.

Your Mission

As an International Sales Advisor, you'll be the first voice our future students hear.

You'll guide them through the decision-making process, understand their goals, and help them choose the training path that fits their dreams. Your work will directly shape the next generation of tattoo artists worldwide.

Full-time, permanent position

On-site in Barcelona (Poblenou)

Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with prospective US students by phone, answering questions and explaining how our training works.
  • Guide them with empathy and professionalism throughout the enrollment process.
  • Recommend personalized study paths and financing options based on each student profile.
  • Manage and update all information in HubSpot to ensure smooth, organized operations.
  • Represent Tattoox Academy's values through clear communication, enthusiasm, and a service mindset.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in phone-based sales.
  • Native or C2-level English proficiency or demonstrably fluent English (mandatory).
  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills: you know how to listen, empathize, and close deals.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • A dynamic and positive attitude.
  • Plus: experience with educational programs, student support, or financing.
