Role Overview:
Are you a sales-driven, customer-focused individual with a talent for building strong client relationships? Were hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our Barcelona team, focusing on driving new business and reactivating existing clients. This role combines outbound sales, account management, and customer service, with a strong emphasis on achieving growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to new and lapsed customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets
Build a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects within target companies
Use advanced sales techniques to secure new client contacts, cross-sell, upsell, and close sales via phone
Collaborate with specialists and account managers, booking meetings to drive sales forward
Provide professional support, ensuring high client satisfaction and relaying feedback for ongoing improvements
Prepare tailored commercial and technical proposals for clients, delivering reliable solutions to their needs
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prospecting, and follow-up communications

Requirements:

Languages: C2-level Dutch (oral and written) and proficiency in English
Experience: 1+ year in B2B sales, preferably in an outbound environment; experience with channel sales is a plus
Skills: Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and goal-oriented approach
Traits: Motivated self-starter with excellent customer care skills and a keen sense of initiative
