Cybersecurity Analyst/Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst / Specialist to protect organizational systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, and incident response, with a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or suspicious activities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and alerts
- Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements
- Prepare security reports and maintain documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
- Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and threat analysis
- Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Understanding of vulnerability management and incident response processes
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
