Our client in the agri-food sector is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Seville (M/F)

Job description:

Our client, a
fast-growing SaaS publisher
(product-driven strategy and active external growth), is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic area related to adoption, migration, and growth in customer usage.

The challenge: to transform product investments, including recent acquisitions, into measurable value creation for customers and sustainable business performance.

Reporting to the CPO, you will work in a high-impact area, with full responsibility for defining problems and measuring results.

Mission objectives

Accelerate customer adoption of solutions (onboarding, migration, upsell).

Structure and strengthen a
product-led growth
approach.

Maximize retention, monetization, and long-term value.

Ensure smooth integration of products resulting from external growth operations.

Responsibilities

Product ownership & performance

  • Be responsible for a strategic product scope and its KPIs (usage, adoption, retention, business impact).

  • Translate corporate strategy into clear and prioritized product decisions.

  • Make strategic trade-offs and measure the economic impact of the choices made.

Discovery & validation

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' actual uses, operational constraints, and business models.

  • Transform insights and data into structured issues and testable hypotheses.

  • Reduce risk by quickly validating value, feasibility, viability, and usability.

Delivery & impact

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering & Design to deliver robust, simple, results-oriented solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end launches with accurate tracking of impact metrics.

  • Continuously incorporate learnings into the product roadmap.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Unite and challenge the Sales, Support, Marketing, and Ops teams around high-value customer priorities.

  • Raise product standards and foster a results-oriented culture.

  • Base decisions on data, real-world usage, and business performance.

Ideal profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS product-driven environment.

  • Significant experience in product-led growth, adoption, or retention.

  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and comfort with technical topics.

  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and demonstrate the business impact of initiatives.

  • Strong customer focus and results-oriented culture.

  • Fluent in English.
