We seek a Data Analyst Martech Consultant with experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Main Responsabilities:

    • Support the design and implementation of customer journey strategies based on defined guidelines.
  • Execute personalization initiatives within the available tools, in alignment with established business rules.
  • Collaborate in the maintenance of active customer journeys, identifying optimization and improvement opportunities.
  • Configure audiences and automation rules based on defined segments and triggers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and/or innovation initiatives.
