Summary – Basic Function of the Role

The Aftersales Coordinator ensures that all service activities are planned, executed, and invoiced efficiently, acting as the operational link between customers and internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and support the profitability of the aftersales business

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Management of communications with the customer, updating the status of after-sales cases, to resolve technical and operational doubts and respond to requests.
  • Carry out the planning and monitoring of the department's activities. Assignment and follow-up of tasks of the after-sales team. Coordination of work with the rest of the departments (engineering, production, warehouse, administration).
  • Coordinate the shipment of materials and the invoicing of business cases, once they have been executed.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto

  • Gestión de las comunicaciones con el cliente, actualizando el estado de los casos de postventa, para resolver dudas técnicas, de funcionamiento y atender peticiones.

  • Realizar la planificación y seguimiento de las actividades del departamento. Asignación y seguimiento de tareas del equipo de postventa. Coordinación de trabajos con el resto de departamentos (ingeniería, producción, almacén, administración).

  • Coordinar el envío de los materiales y la facturación de los casos comerciales, una vez se hayan ejecutado.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional communication and customer dealing skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or above), both written and spoken.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ERP management systems.

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum experience of two years in after-sales management or project coordination, preferably in the robotics or machinery sector.
  • Desirable experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving objectives.
  • Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and PLC programming is highly desirable.

Educación y experiencia

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.

  • Experiencia mínima de dos años en gestión de actividades de postventa o coordinación de proyectos, preferentemente en el sector de robótica o maquinaria.

  • Experiencia deseable en gestión de equipos, demostrando capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo hacia el logro de objetivos.

  • Conocimientos técnicos en electricidad, mecánica, hidráulica y programación de PLCs son altamente deseables.
