We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
full-time intern
to join our Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services
team at Alvarez & Marsal Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and previous experience in the field will be a must. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and to work alongside seasoned professionals.

How you will contribute:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and technical accounting inquiries, develop journal entries…
  • Support the team in various accounting advisory projects, including financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Participate in the development of reports and presentations for clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
  • Full time
  • Immediate availability to start the internship is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
