Estamos buscamos un/a
Packaging Engineer
para liderar el
diseño, desarrollo, validación e implementación
de soluciones de packaging que aseguren un flujo logístico
eficiente, seguro y optimizado
entre
proveedores, plantas de producción y cliente final
.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Seguridad y cumplimiento: promover cultura de seguridad y asegurar cumplimiento de normas y procedimientos internos.
  • Diseño logístico y cálculo de costes: desarrollo de conceptos logísticos, cálculo de costes de packaging y análisis de riesgos.
  • Desarrollo y validación del packaging: definición de especificaciones, validación de embalajes y coordinación en fases de pruebas.
  • Diseño de flujo logístico: diseño de flujos inbound, internos y outbound, y optimización de inventarios.
  • Gestión de proyectos: aplicación de estándares POMS, documentación de procesos y soporte en SOP (Start of Production) y ramp-up.
  • Relación con proveedores: participación en la selección de proveedores y validación técnica de las soluciones.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Grado universitario en ingeniería, logística o similar.
  • Experiencia: 3–5 años en posiciones similares.
  • Conocimientos: diseño de embalajes, planificación logística, análisis de costes y dominio de MS Office.
  • Habilidades: gestión de proyectos, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y mentalidad de mejora continua.
  • Idiomas: Inglés alto (trabajo habitual en entorno internacional).

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia en automoción y entornos industriales con flujos complejos.
  • Experiencia en implantación de estándares y documentación de procesos.
