Buscamos un equipo de botones para nuestro hotel Ohla Eixample:

Funciones:

  • Ayudar a los huéspedes con su equipaje y acompañarlos en el proceso de check-in.
  • Hacer encargos y cumplir solicitudes de los huéspedes.
  • Atender al cliente desde su entrada al hotel hasta su salida.
  • Apoyar al departamento de recepción en lo que pueda necesitar.
  • Asistir en los cambios de habitaciones.
  • Asistir a las necesidades y orientar al cliente acerca de los servicios del hotel (restaurantes, bares, gimnasio, entre otros).
  • Permanecer siempre localizado.
  • Llevar el control, almacenamiento y transporte de las maletas de los huéspedes.
Requisitos:

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Vocación al servicio
  • Amabilidad
  • Buena presencia
  • Nivel conversacional de francés e inglés

Requisitos valorables:

  • Experiencia previa en 5*
