Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Growth & Strategy: Drive commercial expansion in Spain and Portugal by developing clear sales and distribution plans.

  • Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners to strengthen the brand's market presence. Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term success.

  • Business Planning: Contribute to the creation and execution of tactical plans that increase market share and ensure profitable growth in the baby products segment.

  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to anticipate opportunities and challenges. Translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners. Ensure partners are supported, trained, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches, in-store activations, trade promotions, and presence at consumer shows to maximize brand visibility.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues in marketing, logistics, and product development to align regional execution with global strategy.

  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate agreements that deliver long-term value while ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer activity, and market dynamics.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and distribution growth within the baby products, juvenile goods, or FMCG segment, or related categories.

  • Spanish fluent and advanced English; knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus.

  • Experience building and scaling distribution networks in Spain

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage key accounts (distributors, baby stores, large retail chains, online marketplaces).

  • Hands-on experience in market development and channel expansion, including identifying and onboarding new distributors, agents, and retail partners.

  • Strong background in customer and retailer engagement, with the ability to turn insights into measurable sales results.

  • Flexible, mobile, and open to Saturday work (with a compensatory day off provided during the week)

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (70%+ of working time) to visit distributors, retailers, and partners across Iberia.

  • Valid driving license
