Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work hand in hand with the CEO to define, structure, and execute the company's strategy across all key areas, such as marketing, sales, pricing, partnerships, or internal operations. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and strong execution skills.

Depending on your profile, interests, and strengths, the role can evolve in one of two directions:

• Zaragoza-based path: remain based full-time in Zaragoza, working closely with the core team and the CEO on strategy, execution, and operational scaling.
• International expansion path: after an initial 6-month period in Zaragoza, relocate to London to open and develop the UK branch, building brand presence, supporting client relationships, and driving early commercial activity.

Both paths involve close CEO exposure and broad responsibility. The exact scope will be shaped jointly based on fit and ambition.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the big picture with day-to-day execution, and who is comfortable working across teams to turn strategy into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to define and refine company-wide strategy across marketing, sales, and operations
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete, tailored, initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans
• Coordinate and work closely with all teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Act as a central point of communication between the CEO and internal teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and operational efficiency
• Depending on the chosen path, either:
• Drive execution and scaling from Zaragoza, or
• Lead the setup and early development of the London presence, including brand-building and partnerships

Required Profile

• Spanish level B2 or higher
• English level C1 or higher
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to understand how individual tasks contribute to broader business objectives
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with senior leadership and multiple teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
