We're looking for a
Junior Product Owner
with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership to help us shape the next generation of restaurant technology. You'll work closely with the product and engineering teams on everything from defining requirements to QA testing before release.

This is a hybrid role: you'll help define user stories and flows, manage product tickets, and also take ownership of testing and quality control—ensuring every release runs smoothly and feels great for our customers and internal users.

It's a great opportunity to grow into a full product role while learning what it takes to ship fast, stay organized, and build real-world tools that power an ambitious brand.

Responsabilities:

  • Help gather product requirements and translate them into clear specs and tickets.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks across sprints in tools like Jira/Linear.
  • Assist with QA testing for mobile and internal platforms, identifying bugs and edge cases before launch.
  • Build test cases and conduct regression testing on major releases.
  • Track and report bugs to engineering with clear reproduction steps and context.
  • Support coordination between design, engineering, and operations to keep projects moving.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retros, and team stand-ups.
  • Help define success metrics and contribute to post-launch analysis.
  • Be an ambassador for the company both internally and externally.
  • Proactively identify and address creative challenges and opportunities, presenting solutions to the leadership team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in product support, QA, or project coordination (or internship in a similar environment).
  • A curious, proactive mindset—you love spotting details others miss.
  • Basic understanding of digital products, mobile apps, or SaaS platforms.
  • Organized and structured—able to manage multiple tickets and priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Experience using QA or task management tools (e.g. Linear, Jira, Notion, TestRail, Qase, etc.).
  • You're not afraid to ask questions, get your hands dirty, or chase down answers.
