Job Purpose

As Product Owner, you will drive the development and optimization of digital solutions within the organization. You oversee the digital product and application landscape, set priorities, and guide the domain team to successful delivery. Acting as the link between business, technology, and end users, you ensure that product development aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable value.

You will work in a dynamic, international, and production-focused environment, contributing to the digital transformation of a family-owned company with deep roots in the automotive and equipment-manufacturing industry.

Main Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define the product vision and roadmap.
  • Align strategy with business goals and customer needs.
  • Track market trends and promote digital innovation.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage stakeholders across countries and cultures.
  • Manage expectations on scope and timelines.
  • Lead product demos and reviews.

Backlog & Delivery

  • Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize based on value and feasibility.
  • Oversee sprints, approve deliverables, and monitor budget and scope.

Team Collaboration

  • Lead a scrum team and work closely with other Product Owners.
  • Facilitate refinements, planning, and retrospectives.
  • Foster trust, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Value & Reporting

  • Measure product impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Track key metrics and support strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 2+ years as a Product Owner in B2B (preferably automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably D365), enterprise architecture, and domain processes.
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business value focus.
  • Fluent English.
