Job description:
NTT DATA is seeking a passionate Manager Data Scientist to bridge the gap between pure commercial business needs and cutting-edge analytical engines, establishing a connection between business areas and our team of data scientists. We're looking for an artificial intelligence expert to drive data-driven business strategies. If you have experience in sectors such as automotive, life sciences, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or services, we want you to join our innovative team

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Informatics Engineering, Economics, or Physics. Courses in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data, or similar fields are a plus.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Advanced Analytics and Data Science related to the industry sector (automotive, life sciences, retail, FMCG, manufacturing or services)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the link between business users' needs and the design of innovative AI models that transform the industry.
  • Apply state-of-the-art Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning… techniques to solve real-world problems.
  • Coordinate and lead teams of brilliant data scientists, managing cutting-edge, successful projects.
  • Collaborate in the design of the area's value proposition.
  • Build multidisciplinary relationships between business and technology, fostering growth and collaboration.

Skills:

  • Required:
  • Advanced Machine Learning and Analytics techniques, utilizing state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Expert knowledge in Python.
  • SQL and relational databases to fully leverage information.
  • Agile project and team management, applying effective methodologies.
  • Visualization and communication with clients, mastering tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Dash, Streamlit, etc.
  • Valuable:
  • In-depth knowledge of metaheuristic and other areas of optimization
  • Text Analytics, Deep Learning, Process Mining to extract maximum value from data.
  • Big Data technologies: Spark, Hadoop, Impala, etc.
  • Desired specializations:
