• Participate in the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor our offering to different international markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across jurisdictions.
• Provide reporting, feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to help raise our sales performance.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: 2-5 years' professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, customer-facing roles or international contexts.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Relations or related field.
• General Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders; self-starter mindset; keen interest in international markets and cross-cultural work.
• Tools: Familiar with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data and metrics.
• Languages: Advanced English (verbal and written) is mandatory as our teams are globally distributed and we use English for internal communications.
