***Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant – 6 months – Remote***

RED is now supporting a leading international client in the consumer goods sector on a large-scale transformation project and are looking for a Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant to join the team.

This role combines strategic change management expertise with deep knowledge of supply chain processes , and will be key to driving successful project delivery across multiple functions.

Start : Immediate

Duration : 6 months+

Location : Remote

Language : English and Spanish

Key Requirements
~+8 years of experience in supply chain and change management roles, with proven leadership in complex transformations.

~ Deep understanding of SAP S4 and its applications in supply chain .

~ Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and aligning business processes.

~ Strong change management expertise in the consumption sector or similar industries.

~ Fluency in English (advanced level), with additional Spanish skills a plus.

~ Ability to interact with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing leadership and clear communication.

~ Proven experience in defining, driving, and managing changes to people, processes, and systems.
