G+D Mobile Security
, we are looking for a skilled and proactive
Contract Manager
to support our sales and procurement teams in all contract-related activities.

Your Tasks

  • Project management for drafting of contracts in the areas of sales and procurement
  • Coordination and alignment of contract contents as an interface function between sales or procurement, divisions, and specialist departments
  • Conducting contract negotiations as a member of the negotiation team
  • First-level support for legal inquiries
  • Contract administration (database maintenance, documentation, archiving, signature process, approval processes, deadline monitoring)

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in law / business law
  • Several years of professional experience in contract management
  • Experience in managing contracts within respective software tool
  • Experience in software and solutions business, as well as in telecommunications industry is an advantage
  • Business fluent English and Spanish language skills required, additional languages (esp. German) is an advantage
  • Ability to break down and communicate legal details to stakeholders in sales or procurement to jointly find the best position for G+D
  • Cooperation with various relevant stakeholders to address and discuss all relevant contractual aspects
