DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

En The Champions Burger buscamos un/a
Técnico/a de Aprovisionamiento
para nuestra nave logística, siendo responsable del
día a día de la plataforma de compras y del control del stock de almacén
.


FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO

  • Gestión diaria del
    aprovisionamiento de mercancía
    , alineado con las decisiones del área de compras.
  • Control del
    stock real de almacén
    y de la plataforma de compras.
  • Coordinación de la
    entrada de mercancía en la nave logística
    .
  • Seguimiento de pedidos, plazos de entrega y niveles de stock.
  • Regulación del suministro a
    food trucks
    , en función de:

-Compras realizadas

-Ventas

-Previsiones de consumo

  • Contacto directo con food trucks
    , explicando y justificando decisiones de aprovisionamiento
  • Elaboración de informes y seguimiento de
    KPIs de aprovisionamiento
    .
  • Optimización de costes de aprovisionamiento
  • Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con
    retrasos, faltantes o errores de suministro
    .


¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

  • Experiencia previa en
    aprovisionamiento, compras
    , preferiblemente en entornos logísticos o de distribución.
  • Capacidad de
    toma de decisiones complejas
  • Experiencia en gestión de stock y control de inventarios.
  • Alta capacidad de organización y análisis.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y coordinación
  • Nivel alto de inglés
  • Otros idiomas serán muy valorados.
