En Rentokil nos encontramos en búsqueda de un RSDM. La misión de esta posición será garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo de servicios de Pest Control en la región asignada, de acuerdo con la estrategia definida por la Dirección de Operaciones, garantizando que se consigue la satisfacción del cliente.
Entre las funciones más importantes, destacan:
Gestión de Clientes: asegurar la realización de los servicios a los clientes, garantizando una ejecución con calidad en los mismos.
Gestión de Equipos /Personas: Liderar y trabajar con los equipos para mantenerlos informados, motivados y enfocados en la consecución de los objetivos.
Gestión de Operaciones y Ventas: velar por la ejecución en tiempo y forma de los servicios contratados.
Todo ello encuadrado dentro de la estrategia marcada por la dirección de operaciones y del regional manager y de unos KPI's por cuyo cumplimiento debe velar.
