Our client is a globally operating specialist in high-performance coating systems for industrial series production, headquartered in Germany and supported by subsidiaries across the globe. With over 125 years of innovation, they deliver custom-engineered coating solutions, aimed at ensuring the long-term performance and value retention of consumer and capital goods.

Responsibilities
- Drive business development and key account management activities within the automotive sector across Iberia.
- Identify growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales concepts in collaboration with internal technical and operational teams.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (R&D, production, quality) to ensure alignment on specifications and technical solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure and long-term client relationship management.
- Participate in defining framework agreements, pricing structures, and strategic commercial plans.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within industrial environments (automotive, aviation, machinery, etc.).
- Solid understanding of technical sales processes and complex industrial products or solutions.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (German is a strong plus).
- Knowledge of SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems will be highly valued.
- Strong technical curiosity and solution-oriented mindset.
- High sense of ownership, autonomy, and commercial drive.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to travel across Iberia as needed.
