Your mission in our team
You'll join a pivotal moment in Siemens Cybersecurity's evolution. As a senior Communications and Change Management Expert, you'll be the voice steering both internal cultural transformation and external market positioning. Reporting to leadership, you will serve as a coach and mentor to a talented team while also functioning as a strategic advisor, translating complex security innovation into compelling narratives that resonate with employees, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Siemens Cybersecurity is undergoing significant transformation—organizing globally, professionalizing internal operations, and rolling out a new Operating Model. This role, along with the entire team, plays a central role in shaping how the organization understands, engages with, and adopts these changes.
Your work will be dual-focused: driving the internal mindset shift that enables our transformation, while building external perception of Siemens Cybersecurity as a forward-thinking innovation leader.
Challenges that await
- Lead cultural transformation through communication: Develop and execute integrated internal communication strategies that shift mindsets, build engagement, and align teams around our innovation vision.
- Translate strategy, operational changes, and leadership messages into clear, actionable narratives for disparate teams with different priorities
- Guide a team strategically: Coach a talented communications team through this transformation period, fostering collaboration, creativity, and results-oriented execution while serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
- Shape organizational narrative: Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and proactively shape how the organization tells its transformation story.
- What will make your application stand out
- Strategic communications expertise: 6+ years of progressive experience in communications, ideally with exposure to executive communications, change management, or organizational transformation in technology or innovative sectors.
- Leadership and influence: Proven ability to coach teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives in complex environments.
- Change leadership: Experience driving large-scale organizational change in matrix environments, ideally with distributed teams and strong technical stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Lead through influence: Leverage your senior expertise to coach, guide, and uplift junior colleagues at all levels and influence senior stakeholders, in a role without direct line management responsibility
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional presentation and writing skills.

- Master's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or innovation sectors
- Familiarity with Siemens and digital transformation trends
- Experience leading communications in international or multi-regional contexts
- Comfort with emerging technologies and AI-powered communication tools
