Versatile Manager - Evolving Vacation Business
Multi-site holiday rental business based in the Canary Islands (head office in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife) offers an exciting opportunity to a dynamic and accomplished manager to take overall operational responsibility for a multi-location online rental business, to manage a team of people and to play a key role in growing the business.

·Must be highly familiar with working with large OTA's , Expedia etc.)
·Fluent in English & Spanish, and must have strong communications skills
·Full driver's licence
·Salary + incentive bonus package dependent on experience and qualifications.
Key goals and tasks include:
·Manage and create greater efficiency in the company's reservations, administration and customer service team, both in head office and at resort locations, including the integration of reception staff into the former.
·Actively manage the company's relationship with , Expedia and all other OTA's and bed-banks.
·Expanding the company's portfolio of OTA channels/bed-banks.
·Develop and grow direct sales through our own websites.
·Organise and oversee the production of daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for Directors and Managers.
·Implement price management and competitor intelligence software and have overall responsibility for inventory pricing and inventory management.
·Be responsible for online reputation management - monitor and manage online customer ratings and comments in conjunction with resort managers.
·Monitor and manage customer complaints in conjunction with resort managers.
·Liaise with professional photographers for periodic location shoots
·Liaise with website designers for periodic own website developments
·Generally to be fully involved in and co-ordinate all aspects of the online rental business.
