Responsabilidades Clave
- Liderazgo y Formación continua: Co-liderar la implementación del modelo de servicio al consumidor y establecer estándares de liderazgo y habilidades modelo a seguir en la sala de ventas.
- Preparación y Capacitación: Preparar reuniones diarias con el equipo y asegurar que el equipo tenga un conocimiento profundo de los productos básicos y de temporada, y cómo estos se relacionan con la mejora de la experiencia del consumidor en cada venta.
- Colaboración y Comunicación: Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de la tienda y comunicar las necesidades y buenas prácticas al Retail Training Manager y Retail HR Manager.
- Implementación de Modelos de Servicio: Liderar la adopción del modelo de Consumer Service de adidas, asegurando que el equipo comprenda y aplique los principios de excelencia en el servicio al cliente.
- Establecimiento de Estándares de Servicio: Definir y promover estándares de servicio ejemplares y habilidades de liderazgo en la sala de ventas para garantizar una experiencia de cliente consistente y de alta calidad.
- Adopción de Nuevos Procesos: Facilitar la integración de nuevos procesos y herramientas en la tienda, apoyando las iniciativas de formación para mejorar continuamente la experiencia del consumidor.

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?
- Un mínimo de 12 meses de experiencia previa en Retail: Orientada al cliente y con amplia experiencia en ventas.
- Capacidad de comprensión del negocio, la actividad, y el sector
- Experiencia en gestión, coordinación de personal y supervisión de equipos
- Nivel alto de inglés
